Someone did that same thing to us on Halloween, and missed us be about 2 inches like Julie's situation, except we slammed on the brakes and skidded, and this lady didn't do anything. She didn't even have the decency to give the "Oh Crap!" look! That's what made Dario and I madder than anything!Sheyennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08510100663132358313noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6549791772278227873.post-4280249499509810552007-11-28T17:50:00.000-06:002007-11-28T17:50:00.000-06:00I'm glad your ok! that's always frazzling.... I really don't need this right now! But then I've realized that when do you ever need/want that? Never! So no matter what... its doomed to be a negative event! UGH!

Sorry, I have no words of advice or encouragement, but let me know if there's anything I can do. (Safelite did a good job on our windshield when we were there) :)

P.S. I'm 24% addicted... heheLeannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13922434257985888646noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6549791772278227873.post-3850851695119640482007-11-28T13:54:00.000-06:002007-11-28T13:54:00.000-06:00PS LOVE the diagram!!PS LOVE the diagram!!Juleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13778967532451488984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6549791772278227873.post-58803025607905086772007-11-28T13:53:00.000-06:002007-11-28T13:53:00.000-06:00First off, I am glad that your whole family is oka...First off, I am glad that your whole family is okay! Well, except the car but hopefully the repairs go smoothly.

Next, I had the same situation happen to me; however, this guy initially slammed on his brakes then succeeded in punching it. Combined with my rubber burning braking we avoided an accident by literally like 2 inches. Funny thing is that as I slammed on my brakes I saw his same "Oh Crap!" expression and had time to think "NO! Don't stop. NO NO NO! GO GO! YES! He gunned it! Ahhhh.. please miss my car!"

I like to think I would gun it if I ever make that mistake, but the instinct to stop is strong I imagine. Anyway, I hope the other driver is okay too (even though he wrecked your car, carseats, and messed up your day!). :)Juleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13778967532451488984noreply@blogger.com
