Does This Count as a Man-Made Beach?

We could have gone on a tropical vacation, but instead we dropped $7 on a kiddie pool to go with the sandbox. Isn't this how everyone's mid-March evenings are?
Maybe it's just a Texas thing...

    Ya, that's Texas. Mid March means we have to put the winter clothes away and mow the yard. I mowed on Sunday afternoon.
